Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of findandshine.com (the “Site”) operated by FindAndShine (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Nature of our service
FindAndShine is a discovery and comparison platform. We help users find jewelry from third-party brands and retailers. We are not a retailer, marketplace, or payment processor.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
